Melissa Tucker

Melissa Tucker has been with Freudenberg Group since 1997, currently serving as Vice President Human Resources, North America. Prior to this, she worked at ITT Educational Services as a Human Resources & Benefits Assistant. Melissa's career has focused on HR operations, compensation and benefits design, compliance, organizational development, and HR systems. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana Institute of Technology and a Business Leadership Programme Certificate from INSEAD.
