Saumya Gandhi

Saumya Gandhi is an experienced engineer with a strong background in system simulation and process engineering. Currently serving as an Engineer in System Simulation at Freudenberg Group since February 2022, Saumya previously worked as a Werkstudent at SEGULA Technologies, focusing on 1-D system simulation of fuel cell systems using MATLAB, Simulink, and Simscape. A master's thesis at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG involved modeling and simulating PEM fuel cell systems, along with development of various subsystems. Earlier roles include an internship that involved data evaluation and image processing in MATLAB for tribology, as well as experience as a Project and Development Engineer at KLT Automotive & Tubular Products Ltd, overseeing quality control and production processes. Saumya holds a Master of Engineering in Process Engineering and Energy Technology from Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology.
