Nick Freund

Nick Freund is a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Owner of Freund & Associates since April 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Partner at Freund Andrus Construction from September 2013 to April 2016, and Project Manager at CBRE from January 2011 to September 2013, where Nick managed comprehensive real estate services for the Volkswagen Group of America and oversaw the dealership network in the Northeast Region. Prior to this, Nick held Project Manager positions at Clark Construction Company, focusing on federal and private equity projects, and as Project Superintendent at Hometowne Building Company, where skills and reputation were developed in residential building. Nick Freund earned a B.S. in Applied Engineering Sciences from Michigan State University between 1997 and 2001.
