Paul Bottomley

Paul Bottomley is an experienced engineering professional with over three decades in the construction and civil engineering industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and Project Director at Freyssinet, Paul oversees significant projects including the supply of pretensioned bridge beams for HS2 contracts. Previously, Paul held the position of Technical Director at Freyssinet's Paris office and managed operations for Freyssinet UK. Paul began their career at Balfour Beatty as a Site Engineer and gained further experience at Tony Gee and Partners as a Design Engineer. Additional roles include Managing Director at EEG Asia, where Paul contributed to the firm’s expansion in Hong Kong and Malaysia, and Sales and Technical Director within Freyssinet UK. Paul Bottomley holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London.
