Eric Kohlbrand possesses extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Manager at Frickers Restaurant since July 2016 and as a General Manager at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. since March 2007. Kohlbrand holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Chef Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, which was pursued between 1997 and 1998.
