Madigan Farrell

Madigan Farrell is an experienced Creative Director currently leading software and branding initiatives at Friction Free Dental, a pioneering AI-powered toolset and collaboration platform for dental practices, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Madigan served as a Graphic Design Coordinator and Marketing Intern at Wolf & Company, P.C. Additionally, Madigan founded Madigan Design, Inc., focusing on marketing design and website development, and has experience as a 1:1 Assistant in the Methuen Public Schools, supporting students with special needs. Madigan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts and Marketing from Providence College and is pursuing a Master of Education in Elementary Art Education at Lesley University.
