Joseph Lussier

Joseph Lussier's work experience includes holding the role of Sr VP of RD&E at Frida since 2023. Joseph previously served as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at High Roller Private Label from 2022 to 2023, where they led various functions and achieved cost savings in the supply chain and business essentials. Joseph also has experience at Procter & Gamble, where they held multiple roles including Director of New Product Development, Director of Technology Innovation, Director of Coatings, Senior Engineer, and Engineer. Joseph contributed to the development and launch of various products and played a key role in managing innovation portfolios and recruiting talent. Additionally, Joseph co-founded and served as COO of ArzuDIOCE, a tech startup, where they developed product concepts and refined the product model.

Joseph Lussier obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, which they attended from 1996 to 2000.
