Juan Martinez is an experienced strategic sourcing professional with a strong background in optimizing supplier relationships and executing sourcing strategies. Currently serving as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Frida since October 2021, Juan focuses on supplier base optimization and enhancing partnerships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
