Kate Alexander

Kate Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kate currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Frida since March 2023. Prior to this, they were associated with Chief, a private network focused on empowering women in leadership roles. Kate joined Chief in October 2021 as Chief Member.

Before their role at Chief, Kate worked extensively at L'Oréal, where they held various positions over a period of 7 years. Kate'sroles at L'Oréal included Vice President of Finance from February 2020 to March 2023, Assistant Vice President of Revenue Growth Management from January 2018 to February 2020, Assistant Vice President of Finance from July 2017 to January 2018, and Finance Director from January 2016 to July 2017.

Prior to their tenure at L'Oréal, Kate gained valuable experience at Procter & Gamble, where they worked for more than 11 years. Kate'sroles at Procter & Gamble included Group Finance Manager from December 2014 to January 2016, Forecast Manager from December 2012 to December 2014, Senior Financial Analyst from September 2011 to December 2012, Senior Cost Analyst from October 2010 to September 2011, Cost Forecaster & Analyst from August 2009 to January 2011, and Financial Analyst from June 2007 to July 2009.

Kate started their career as a Finance & Accounting Intern at Procter & Gamble in May 2006. Prior to that, they had an internship experience at Ernst & Young as an Assurance Intern in June 2005.

Throughout their career, Kate has demonstrated expertise in finance, strategic planning, analysis, and leadership. Kate has consistently delivered results and contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Kate Alexander completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University from 2003 to 2007. Kate further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Xavier University from 2008 to 2010.
