Lexie Carroll (Macko) is a seasoned brand-builder currently serving as VP at FridaMom & FridaFertility since 2025. Previously, they held pivotal roles at Blueland, including Head of Innovation Strategy & Commercialization and Head of Retail Expansion, and worked with major corporations such as The Estée Lauder Companies and Unilever, where they led brand and product strategies. Lexie began their career as a Summer Associate at Cue Ball Capital in 2018 and earned their MBA from Harvard Business School in 2019.
