Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Events at Friday Harbour Resort since August 2021, Adam previously held the title of Director of Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where responsibilities included leading a team of 11 sales professionals. Adam's background also includes serving as Director of Sales at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and as Associate Director of Sales at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. Additional roles include Group Sales Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and a position with The Canadian Institute. Educational credentials consist of a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University, along with multiple certificates in Fundraising Management, Digital Marketing Management, and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) status.
