Kalama Kaluhiokalani

Kalama Kaluhiokalani's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies. In 2014, they worked as a Finance Controllers Technology Office - Financial Systems Risk Management Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where they prepared and distributed monthly reconciliation reports and assisted in the collection of internal financial reports. Kalama then moved on to AutoPoint, a Solera Company, where they served as a Staff Accountant, analyzing financial data and managing the general ledger for multiple entities.

In 2019, Kalama joined Grace Pacific LLC as a Senior Accountant, working with external auditors and overseeing the general ledger for multiple entities. Kalama then transitioned to Utah Tech University, where they held multiple roles, including Adjunct Professor, mentoring young adults in their education and athletic development, and Offensive Quality Control, Video Coordinator, Equipment Manager, and Assistant DFO, assisting with budgeting and operations.

In 2023, Kalama took on the role of Senior Accountant at Friday Health Plans, where they applied their financial expertise. Currently, they are also serving as a Defensive Line Coach at St. Norbert College, helping instruct the defensive line and developing defensive schemes while mentoring young men in their education and career planning.

Prior to these positions, Kalama had experience as an Accountant at Phytomer Corporation, an Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University, and a Field Sales Leader at Vector Marketing. Throughout their career, Kalama has demonstrated a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as a passion for mentoring and education.

Kalama Kaluhiokalani obtained a GED from Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus in 2006. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Kalama is working towards a Master's degree in Accounting from Utah Tech University.
