Peng Mak, MBA

Peng Mak, MBA has extensive experience working in the insurance industry. Peng started their career in 2013 with beWellnm as an Insurance Broker. From there, they moved on to various roles with different companies such as Amerigroup, where they worked as a Sales Agent starting from October 2014. Peng also worked as a Sales Agent for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas starting from July 2013. In 2016, Peng joined CHRISTUS Health as a Sales Agent and in 2018, they worked as a Health Insurance Specialist for Fidelis Consultants. In the same year, they also worked as a Sales Agent for Aetna, a CVS Health Company. In 2019, Peng joined Centene Corporation as a Sales Agent. Most recently, in 2020, they worked as a Sales Agent for Friday Health Plans, Cigna, and Humana. Throughout their career, Peng has developed a strong skill set in sales and insurance expertise.

Peng Mak, MBA, has a solid educational background in the field of business administration. Between 2000 and 2005, they attended The University of New Mexico and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems. In 2006, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix and earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2007. Additionally, in 2011, Peng attended Villanova University and obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Peng acquired the Life, Accident, and Health certification from the Office of the Superintendent of Insurance in New Mexico in July 2007. During the same period, they also obtained certifications in Property, Marine & Transportation, Casualty & Surety from the same institution. Furthermore, Peng possesses an AHIP certification from America's Health Insurance Plans.
