Sam Crocker-Green has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. They started their career as a Sports Science/Strength and Conditioning Intern at Sussex Cricket in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a South Birmingham ParkLives Coordinator at Birmingham City Council and as a Sports Complex Duty Supervisor at Bede's Senior School. In 2018, they joined Thrive Tribe as a Health Coach and Nuffield Health as an Academy Health and Wellbeing Physiologist. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Health and Wellbeing Physiologist at Nuffield Health. From 2020 to 2021, they served as an Assistant Coach at The Spear Programme: a Resurgo Initiative. Currently, they are working as an FMG Project Manager and Head Coach at Friday Media Group.

Sam Crocker-Green completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Science from Brunel University London, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2019, they pursued further education and obtained an Advanced Diploma in Health and Wellbeing Physiology from Arden University, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, Sam holds certifications in Level 2 Fitness Instructing from Active IQ, and Level 1 Handball Coaching from the England Handball Association. Sam has also completed training in Mental Health First Aid through the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England program.
