Fried Frank
Jonathan Hallihan is responsible for leading the firm’s finance function, including all internal and external financial reporting, profitability and pricing, budgeting, bank compliance, treasury and capital management, and partner compensation. As a key member of their executive team, Jonathan works closely with other C-suite executives, their chairperson, and other executive committees on the firm’s strategic initiatives and key finance-related decisions.
Jonathan has over 25 years of accounting and law firm experience. He began his career in public accounting, and, prior to joining Fried Frank, worked at both Price Waterhouse (currently PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Ernst & Young, as well as another large international law firm.
Jonathan earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Villanova University. He is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
