Steven J. Steinman

Steven G. Scheinfeld is the global chair of Fried Frank's Corporate Department. He joined the Firm as a partner in 1998.

Mr. Scheinfeld has extensive experience in representing clients in various industries in connection with public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, financings and complex strategic partnerships.

Mr. Scheinfeld's clients include Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Capital One, CVS Health, ITT Corporation, Kimco Realty Corporation, L&M Development Partners, New Senior Investment Group, Prospect Ridge, Refinitiv, SL Green Realty Corp., Terex Corporation, Tradeweb Markets and Via Transportation.

Mr. Scheinfeld serves on the Brooklyn Law School Board of Trustees. He also serves on the board of The Northside Center for Child Development and The Jerusalem Foundation.
