Andre Parrott

Andre Parrott, CISSP has a diverse work experience in the field of information security. Andre currently works at The Friedkin Group as an IT Security Manager since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior IT Security Engineer at the same company from January 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining The Friedkin Group, Andre worked at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. from 2014 to 2021. During their tenure, they held various roles including Security Team Lead, Information Security Engineer, and Information Security Analyst. Andre was responsible for tasks such as upgrading endpoint protection and antivirus products, designing and implementing patch management processes, and performing PCI DSS compliance scans and assessments.

In addition, Andre gained experience as a research assistant in the Undergraduate Research Program, where they focused on online social network privacy. Andre also worked as a Junior Information Security Analyst at Texas Southern University.
