Doug Cohan

Doug Cohan currently serves as the Chief Global Compliance Officer at The Friedkin Group, beginning in September 2024. Previously, Doug held various compliance and legal roles at Hess Corporation from July 2014 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing a comprehensive compliance program and providing advice on compliance matters. Earlier experience includes positions at KBR, Inc., focusing on anti-corruption compliance, and at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where Doug conducted internal investigations and risk assessments for multinational corporations. Doug's career also includes work at DLA Piper in matters related to fraud and antitrust violations, as well as a role as a Research Associate at Aberdeen Group. Doug holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Williams College.
