Elizabeth Cearley, MBA, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Manager, Talent Acquisition at The Friedkin Group since February 2015, where roles have included Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor and Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. Prior experience includes a position as Corporate Recruiter at Noble Energy, specializing in IT, Accounting & Finance, and Supply Chain Management recruitment. Elizabeth Cearley also worked at Robert Half Technology as an IT Recruiter, focusing on direct hire placement, and held various roles at Sprint, including Solutions Engineer and Program Manager, where responsibilities included project management and vendor management for IT recruiting. Elizabeth Cearley holds a BS in Hotel/Restaurant Management with a minor in Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Houston and University of Houston-Clear Lake, respectively.
