Mireya Aviles, CCP, has over two decades of experience in the field of human resources, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits management. At The Friedkin Group, Mireya has held various positions since January 2004, progressing from Compensation Analyst to Compensation Manager, and currently serving as Benefits Manager. Prior to this, Mireya worked as a Human Resources Analyst at GE from 1995 to 1999, laying a solid foundation in human resources practices.
