Mike Giudici

Mike Giudici, CPM, currently serves as the Director of Commercial Property Management at Friedman Real Estate since March 2025. Prior to this role, Mike was the Sr. Property Manager at REDICO from September 2020 to March 2025 and held the position of Property Manager at Bedrock Detroit from June 2015 to September 2020. Mike's earlier experience includes working as a Commercial Property Manager at Thomas A. Duke Company from August 2010 to June 2015. Mike is a graduate of Central Michigan University, earning a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Construction Management and Natural Resources. Additionally, Mike holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI Institute and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
