Brian Chernett

Brian Chernett is the Director of Leasing at Friedman Properties. Brian has over fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Friedman Properties, Brian was an Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, a global real estate services firm. Brian also held positions as a Vice President at The Staubach Company and as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap. Brian began their career in the industry as a part of the Management Associate Program at McDonald Investments, a KeyCorp Company. Brian has a proven track record of success in lease negotiation, asset management, and project management. Brian is a highly motivated individual with a passion for commercial real estate. Brian is committed to exceeding their clients' expectations and providing them with the highest level of service.

Brian Chernett has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business as well as a Beachwood High School diploma.

Brian Chernett reports to Albert M. Friedman, CEO and Chairman. They are on a team with Nick Helmer - General Counsel, Ron Searle - Director of IT, and Deno Varlas - Chief Financial Officer.
