Nancy Balderas

Nancy Balderas is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in product engineering and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Friedrich Air Conditioning since January 2007, Nancy oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for the new product introduction (NPI) process, which includes mechanical design, prototyping, functional testing, pilot production, and tooling development. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Engineering and Manufacturing Engineer at Navistar Inc, where Nancy coordinated manufacturing processes, designed production lines, and led Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Nancy holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
