Emma Smith

Emma Smith is an accomplished Product Manager currently at Friend MTS since November 2022, with extensive experience in cyber security and technology project management. Previously at Jisc from March 2016 to November 2022, Emma successfully launched the Cyber Security Portal and managed its product lifecycle while leading a team of developers. In roles such as Govroam Development Manager and Media Services Development Coordinator, Emma ensured service quality compliance and contributed to innovative video streaming technologies. Prior experience at Janet from 2007 to 2016 included coordinating video projects and engaging in community technology initiatives. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Design from Solent University.
