Fabien Gauthier

Fabien Gauthier has a comprehensive work experience in the technology industry. Fabien currently holds the position of VP Sales APAC at Friend MTS since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Ecostream Pte Ltd, a consulting firm based in Singapore that provides services in the Video Streaming, AR/VR, Broadband, and Sustainability tech industries in the Asia Pacific region, starting from September 2022.

Fabien's previous experience includes being the Regional Director and Head of Sales for SEA, ANZ, KR/JP at Synamedia from January 2019 to June 2022. Fabien also served as the Senior Director of Sales at Xperi Corporation from January 2017 to December 2018, where they were responsible for Tivo SEA and ANZ markets key accounts and new business development.

In their earlier career, Fabien worked at Cisco, where they held multiple roles including Sales and Business Development Lead APJ for the Global Service Provider - Video division, Major Account Director for India Satellite business, and Director of Business Development and Partnerships at NDS Asia Pacific. Fabien joined NDS Asia Pacific in 2003 as a Senior Manager and has also worked at Canal + Technologies and France Telecom TRANSPAC in the past.

Throughout their career, Fabien has demonstrated their expertise in sales, business development, team management, and strategic partnerships in the technology industry.

Fabien Gauthier is currently a candidate for an Executive MBA at ESSEC Asia-Pacific, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Fabien has completed an online course on Watson AI and Cloud Foundations offered by IBM. Additionally, Fabien has pursued a course on Blockchain and Bitcoin Fundamentals at Udemy. Fabien has also undergone Level up training at Snowflake University. In 2021, they took an online course in Data Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Prior to that, Fabien obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Telecommunications - Networks Architecture from ESIGETEL in 1998. In 1995, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics at Lycee St Joseph.
