Jackie Thai has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Jackie began their career in 2000 as a Sales Associate at Macy's, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they took on the role of Dispatcher at Park N Travel before transitioning to Assistant at American Ocean Construction for a short period. In the same year, they joined FriendFinder Networks, Inc. as a Billing/CS Lead and worked until 2010. In 2015, Jackie returned to FriendFinder Networks, Inc. and held positions as a Senior Financial Analyst and Chargeback Analyst.

Jackie Thai received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SJSU. Jackie attended the institution from 1999 to 2004.
