Nandi Kyawmin

Nandi Kyawmin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Family Advocate at Refugee Transitions, where they provided support to families in need. Nandi then moved on to Marriott International, where they served as a Lead General Accountant from 2008 to 2014. Nandi then joined Community Partners International as an Accounting Officer, where they managed various financial tasks such as accounts receivable and payable.

In 2014, Nandi worked at Oway Travel as the Sr. Director of Finance & Accounting. Nandi then transitioned to Miaki Myanmar Ltd in 2015 and held the position of Senior Project Manager. Following that, Nandi joined Proximity Designs in 2016 as a Transformation Project Manager, leading the organization's growth and expansion plans. Nandi implemented a Transformation Plan and fostered productive relationships with key stakeholders.

From 2018 to 2019, Nandi worked at Frontiir as the Assistant Director of Finance. Nandi'sresponsibilities included coordinating and standardizing billing and collection processes, developing plans for finance staff members, and managing a team of over 70 staff. Nandi also contributed to the successful migration process of Odoo ERP.

Currently, Nandi is working at FriendFinder Networks Inc. as a Revenue Accounting Manager, a role they started in 2022.

Nandi Kyawmin's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled at Yangon University, where they studied Economics and obtained a B.A degree in 2002. Nandi further pursued their education and completed an MBA in Marketing from Webster University between 2004 and 2006. In 2011, Nandi attended Mission College, where they earned a Certificate in Accounting and Finance, completing their studies in 2012.

In 2012, Nandi participated in the Management Development Program offered by Marriott Hotel International, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management. This program lasted for a year, ending in 2013.

Additionally, in December 2016, Nandi obtained Project Management Certification Training for Development Professionals from the Credly institute, specifically from the SAPPHIRE Center of Professional Excellence. This certification showcases their dedication to professional development and signifies their expertise in project management.
