Ksenija Dacić

Ksenija Dacić is an accomplished professional in the field of information technology recruitment and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Information Technology Recruiter at Friendly HR since September 2023, Ksenija focuses on sourcing and engaging top IT talent, collaborating closely with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies. As the Founder of Ballonessa since December 2020, Ksenija oversees company management, finances, procurement, and customer relations. Prior experience includes roles as a Retail Salesperson at Donna Group from October 2018 to December 2020, and as an Assistant to the Executive Director at Swiss Holiday, where responsibilities included reservations, finance, and employee management.
