Courtney Sellitto

Courtney Sellitto has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and operations. Courtney has recently been working as the Director of Finance at Friendly Senior Living, where they oversee billing, accounts payable, payroll, and accounting responsibilities. Courtney is also responsible for validating Medicare and Medicaid rates and ensuring compliance with billing and reporting requirements.

Prior to this, Courtney worked as the Operations Controller at Plug Power, where they managed financial operations.

Courtney has also had a long career at Xerox, where they held various roles and showed consistent growth. Courtney served as the Division CFO at Xerox Financial Services and played a key role in strategic planning and financial advisory. Courtney later became the Vice President of Finance, overseeing a global team and driving productivity improvements and cost reductions. Courtney also served as a Financial Controller and a Senior Financial Analyst, contributing to financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Throughout their career, Courtney has gained expertise in budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and market planning. Courtney has demonstrated their ability to deliver accurate financial results, drive cost efficiencies, and streamline processes.
