Joanne Kells

Joanne Kells is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the medical aesthetics and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the VP of Sales at Vrtly, Inc., Joanne has held significant positions in multiple organizations, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and National Sales Director at Glacial® Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc., and Director of International and Eastern USA at Pulse Biosciences, Inc. Additionally, Joanne has a strong background as Canadian National Sales Manager within Bausch Health Companies Inc. and Solta Medical, where expertise in a variety of medical devices was developed, including Thermage and Fraxel. Previous roles also include Medical Aesthetics Representative at Merz Pharmaceuticals and Territory Manager at Allergan. Joanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Western University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Regulatory Affairs from the International Pharmaceutical Academy.
