Gina Bauman

Gina Bauman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in capital formation and investor relations within the venture capital industry. Currently serving as Head of Capital Formation at Friends & Family Capital, a firm known for backing transformative entrepreneurs, Gina previously held similar leadership roles at Cota Capital and served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations at IVP, a premier later-stage venture capital and growth equity firm. Earlier in career development, Gina contributed as Director of Marketing and Operations at BlueRun Ventures and gained initial industry experience as an Analyst at Nokia. Gina holds an MBA in International Finance from San Francisco State University.
