Kelly McGhee, MS

Kelly McGhee, MS has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health and compliance. Kelly is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Friends of Cyrus Inc. and has previously held the same role at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Quality Assurance at Enable, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Kelly also served as the Director of Incident Management at Bellwether Behavioral Health from 2018 to 2019. Kelly's extensive experience includes various roles at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, where they held positions such as Director of Quality/Compliance Improvement, Director of Community Support Services, Director of Behavioral Health Statewide Operations, and Behavioral Health Program Director for Southern New Jersey. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated advanced leadership skills, restructured programs to align with best practices, and successfully pursued and implemented new service lines.

Kelly McGhee, MS began their education in 1990 at Rowan University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Kelly successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1993. Following this, from 2001 to 2004, they attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where they obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership.
