Friends of GALA
The Friends of GALA, or FoGALA, aims to close the economic and gender disparities that exist within STEM fields today by removing interpersonal, academic and financial barriers for all girls who attend Girls Academic Leadership Academy. Girls Academic Leadership Academy: Dr. Michelle King School for STEM (GALA) is the first and only all-girls public middle school and high school (6th-12th) in Los Angeles and California.
