Megan Brown currently serves as the Partner Engagement Manager at Friends of Refugees, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Megan was the Admissions Director at The GLOBE Academy from May 2019 to June 2022. Megan has a significant background in education, having worked at Mount Vernon Presbyterian School in various roles, including Director of Interim Term and International Coordinator, where responsibilities included leading international programs, managing budgets, and supporting faculty development. Earlier experience included serving as a Lower School Lead Teacher through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) from July 2004 to July 2006. Megan holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston.
