Heather Schefter

Heather Schefter joined Friends of the Children in 2015 as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and National Board Liaison. She works with the National Board of Directors and coordinates all national committees and task forces. Previously Heather supported the lead of a $12.5M non-profit, administrated two non-profit ministries, and was a legal secretary for a personal injury attorney. Heather studied the paralegal field at Portland Community College and received an A.A. degree in theology from Portland Bible College.
