Ghislaine Fandel

Ghislaine Fandel is an experienced communications and project leader specializing in sustainability, social issues, and climate education. Currently serving as a Communications Officer at Friends of the Earth since August 2023, Ghislaine manages communication products and coordinates translations into English, French, and Spanish. As a Project Editor at Thred Media, Ghislaine leads the creation of a comprehensive report on critical social issues impacting Generation Z and manages outreach efforts with global NGOs. Previous roles include serving as an SDG 13 Ambassador for Social Impact Movement, creating educational resources at SubjectToClimate, and leading science communication initiatives at ClimateScience. Ghislaine holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environment from McGill University.
