Krystal Klaassen Ma

Krystal Klaassen, MA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Friends of the Earth since September 2022. Prior to this role, Krystal spent over eight years at Mennonite Central Committee as a Compensation & Benefits/HR Specialist, where responsibilities included driving employee engagement and advising leadership on strategies to enhance team effectiveness. Krystal also held the position of Family & Children Director at North Fresno MB Church, focusing on developing policies and community events, and worked as a Billing and Financial Director's Assistant at OMNI WOMEN'S HEALTH MEDICAL GROUP, INC., where skills in financial operations were honed. Krystal earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Leadership and Change Management and a Bachelor's degree in Contemporary Ministries, both from Fresno Pacific University.
