Paul Foster

Trustee at Friends of the Elderly

Paul Foster has worked in the built asset and facilities management industry for over 15 years. Paul is currently a Trustee at Friends of the Elderly, and has previously held positions at Alliance Homes Group, Castleoak, ETL, CARLTON, and Citrica.

Foster began their career at Arcadis in 2003, where they spent 12 years in various roles including Partner, Chairman of the JV Management Board for Kingdom Tower in Jeddah, Board Member of the JV Board for ASHGHAL JV in Doha, and Chief Operating Officer for Middle East & Africa. In 2011, they left Arcadis to join EC Harris as Group Head of Asset Performance, and was later appointed Director of EC Harris Solutions Ltd and Interim CEO of Cushman & Wakefield FM Ltd. In 2009, they became Chief Executive of Corporate Occupier Solutions Ltd, and in 2008 they took on the role of Managing Director at Sama-ECH LLC.

Paul Foster is a highly experienced built asset and facilities management professional with a proven track record in delivering complex projects across the Middle East.

Paul Foster has completed an Executive Leadership Programme at Henley Business School, as well as degrees from London South Bank University and Hertfordshire College of Building. Paul has also attended Roundwood Park and Grove School in Harpenden. Paul holds certifications from Thomas International in Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in Certified Mediator. Paul is also a Chartered Surveyor from RICS.
