Monica Steinberg

Monica Steinberg is an experienced professional with a strong background in development and operations management within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director at Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) since February 2022, Monica previously held roles including Development Operations Manager, Operations Manager of Tri State, and Community Engagement Associate at FIDF. Throughout the tenure at FIDF, key responsibilities included managing logistics for dignitary and soldier visits, fostering donor relations, and successfully executing over 30 fundraising events that raised in excess of $1,000,000. Prior experience includes office management at Core Smart Home, marketing management at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and various positions in hospitality and academic affairs. Monica holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Montclair State University.
