Charlie Shufeldt

Charlie Shufeldt serves as President and CEO of Elk Range Royalties since April 2020, specializing in acquiring producing minerals in the US. In addition to leadership roles at Friends of the Katy Trail, including Co-Chair for Katy Trail Art, Board President, and President Emeritus, Charlie successfully led a capital campaign for trail enhancements. As Chair of the Petroleum Investments Committee at the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability, Charlie advises on energy investments, while also contributing as an Advisory Board member for the School of Earth, Energy & Environmental Sciences at Stanford University. Charlie holds the CEO position at Luxe Minerals LLC, focusing on mineral acquisition in the Permian region. Prior experience includes Managing Director at IOG Capital, Senior Analyst at HBK Capital Management, and Associate at Bank of America, supported by an educational background in Economics and Computer Science from Stanford University.
