Meghan Anderson

Meghan Anderson is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in policy and engineering, currently serving as the Biofuels Policy Manager at Friends of the Mississippi River since May 2025, and as a Policy Intern at the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy. With previous experience as a Senior Quality Systems Engineer at Abiomed and a Graduate Research Assistant at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where research focused on agricultural policies for water quality improvement, Meghan has a strong foundation in both technical and policy-related roles. Additional internships and leadership positions in organizations such as Minnesota Farmers Union and Oregrown Industries highlight Meghan's commitment to climate and quality management. Meghan holds a Master of Science in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
