Monique Conlan is an experienced professional in supportive housing, business ownership, and education. Currently employed as a Supportive Housing Case Manager at Friends of Youth since September 2023, Monique also operates Kynzie + Jameson since May 2014. Previous roles include Program Substitute Director at Associated Recreation Council, Education Professional at Shoreline School District, Small Business Owner at LuLaRoe Monique Conlan, and Social Media Director at Century 21 North Homes Inc. Monique's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management and Recreation, Travel and Tourism Management from Central Washington University.

For over 70 years, Friends of Youth has been driven by a belief that all youth should have every opportunity to succeed, and partners with youth and families to provide the relationships, resources, and skills they need to attain personal growth and success. With 24 program sites serving 18 cities in the Puget Sound Region, Friends of Youth provides safe places and emotional support for youth facing circumstances including homelessness, foster care, and behavioral health challenges.
