Paula Frederick

Paula Frederick is an experienced mental health and substance abuse professional with a diverse background in leadership and clinical program development. Currently serving as the Director at CrossPath Counseling & Consultation since January 2023, Paula has held significant roles such as Senior Manager at Friends of Youth and Director of Youth and Family Service Programs, overseeing outpatient services and developing dual disorder treatment initiatives. With extensive teaching experience as an adjunct instructor at Antioch University and a former instructor at Bellevue College, Paula has contributed to the education of future professionals. Additional roles include clinical supervision and consultation at Salveo Counseling, peer reviewing for the Council on Accreditation, and conducting international training. Paula holds a Master of Education and Master of Science as well as a Bachelor of Arts, all from Portland State University.
