Caroline Rayburn

Caroline Rayburn is an accomplished professional in nonprofit fundraising and development, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Giving at Gilman School since July 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline held several positions at Friends School of Baltimore, starting as a Development Services Associate and advancing to the roles of Director of Annual and Alumni Giving and Director of Annual Giving and Development Operations since April 2016. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Maryland, earned between 1992 and 1996.
