Gina Armstrong has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Gina started their career as a resident physician at Mount Sinai Medical Center from July 2008 to July 2011. Gina then went on to work at TIRR Memorial Hermann as a brain injury fellow from July 2011 to July 2012. After that, they joined IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. as a rehab physician specializing in brain injury and stroke from May 2014 onwards. In June 2014, Gina also took on the role of Medical Director at Friendship Haven. Overall, Gina has gained expertise in brain injury and stroke rehabilitation throughout their professional journey.
Gina Armstrong completed their Bachelor's degree from Xavier University of Louisiana from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from American University of the Caribbean from 2002 to 2006.
