Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Friendship House is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overall vision of the organization. Led by the President/CEO, the team collaborates to ensure effective program implementation, financial sustainability, and adherence to the Sanctuary® model of trauma-informed care. By fostering a culture of support and innovation, they enhance the organization's capacity to serve children and families in need.
