Pankaja Withanachchi

Pankaja Withanachchi is a Product Engineer at Filimin since June 2017, where initial responsibilities included developing a process for tracking and documenting repairs, along with creating training materials for team collaboration. Prior experience includes roles as a Graphics Assistant, Facilities Assistant, and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Wichita State University from January 2016 to January 2018, contributing skills in desktop publishing, photography, customer service, and tutoring. Pankaja co-founded Soosci, a social networking platform, from February 2014 to May 2015, promoting real-world sharing through wearable technology. Additionally, leadership was demonstrated as the Head of Information Technology for Colombo Model United Nations 2015, managing photography, editing, and design tasks. Pankaja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and a Minor in Management from Wichita State University, with high school education completed at Gateway College.
