Lafaun Davis

Lafaun Davis is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, engineering, and ministry. Currently serving as a Career Technical Education Assessment Writer at Friendship Public Charter School since August 2022, Lafaun develops assessments to measure student proficiency in CTE Standards. As an Engineering Teacher at Bethesda Temple International Church, responsibilities include overseeing staff ministries and operations as Executive Pastor and directing ministry operations. Previous roles include Lecturer in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Morgan State University, where Lafaun also held the position of Lead Retention Coordinator. Earlier experiences encompass administrative support at Grace Restoration Life Fellowship, research assistance at Johns Hopkins University, and music direction at Words To Life Ministries. Lafaun holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Education and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Morgan State University.
