Nathaniel Giles III

Nathaniel Giles III serves as the Dean of Culture at Friendship Public Charter School since July 2023, focusing on maintaining a fair and effective discipline system aligned with the school's values and regulations. Previously, from July 2020 to June 2023, Nathaniel worked as a Culture Specialist at Rocketship Public Schools, where responsibilities included addressing student behavioral issues and leading professional development sessions. Nathaniel also held the position of Lead Dean of Students at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools from June 2016 to July 2020, establishing a positive school culture and promoting academic achievement. Prior roles included Dean of Students at Achievement Preparatory Academy, Program Manager at Concerned Black Men Inc., and Weekend Counselor at Our House, Inc., with early experience as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
