Angela Hughes is the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance at Friendship Retirement Community. Prior to this, Angela was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Richfield Retirement Community. With a background as an Employee Relations Manager at BellSouth and Recruiter at DeRoyal Industries, Angela holds a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Concord University.

Friendship opened its first building in 1966 and has steadily grown since.
